Mognova Inc. was built to remove the disconnect between design and construction. Too often in residential remodeling and construction, drawings are prepared in isolation from real-world site conditions, resulting in permit delays, field conflicts, and surprise change orders.
Our integrated approach combines drafting precision with construction reality. Every plan we draw is built around zoning verification, building code compliance, and practical field execution.

The people behind Mognova Inc.
Fuad Samatar
Fuad Samatar founded Mognova Inc. to bring design and construction together under one accountable system. His path into the built environment began with drawing — studying light, shadow, and proportion — and grew through drafting and 3D modeling. He holds a Bachelor's in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, with field experience spanning land surveying, electrical design, and design drafting.
